Seventh Heaven

T'was definitely cloudy but still heavenly for our 7 y.o. to spend his b-day @ the cabin with family & friends. Cole didn't get to have official party 'cuz it was an odd year for all you friends who were minus an invite, but celebrating was more than meets the eye:) He did pick out his favs for breakfast, lunch & dinner menu as well as the activities for the most part during the day. He opened new Transformers (thanks Grandpa & Grandma Parker, Dad, Dane, Luke & Calls!)

as well as keeping theme alive with jammies (thanks Kanekoas!)+ lunchbox & walkie talkies (thanks to Aunts Britt, Cait & Brooke!) Bionicles are always welcome too (thanks Aunt Amy!)
Then Grandpa took all on tube rides...
Later it was time to design own pizzas... Not to mention cake with sweet Autobot symbol decorated by Dad, who kindly made an appearance @ Lk. Merwin & humored Mom 'cuz he'd much prefer store-bought version but his artistic eye made it impossible to resist Cole's request:)

The birthday boy is looking forward to using 7-11 gift certificate from his cousin Annie who frequents there as well...
& to Toys R' Us from Geoffrey (latter is for whoppin' $3 & you can bet Cole will try to upsale mom, which I think is the marketing idea-smart giraffe!) & in Wal-mart's toy aisle from Great Grandpa Dick & GG Lou. He will also be styling courtesy of Grandpa Gar & Grandma Neecy @ the lake c/o new snorkel gear & school clothes for next month!
Also should take advantage of this b-day post to wish a happy one to Mike (who got to celebrate @ Officers' Training-Go Guard!) Too bad my pkg didn't arrive in Vegas until afternoon following his flight:(
As well as a pair of oldies but goodies @ end of the month=my Grandpa Dick & Chris' Grandma Stewart #90!
