Seeing Green before St. Patrick's Day

They are the CHAMPIONS my friends....

It's that time again & we have just spent our first night o' four @ Tacoma Dome for the girls' state high school basketball tournament featuring our niece Lindsey Moore & her Kentwood Conquerors (affectionately known as Conks). Not only is Linds back in action after nursing a hamstring injury but her team won by 40 pts. & will beat undefeated Pasco tomorrow night. Following that they only have to get by Fed Way instead of defending champs Lewis & Clark, which they already have twice in regular season & they will find themselves in the state championship:) where Snohomish will be last but not least opponents!!
Here are the new cool shirts if you need close-up...They have logo of "K" within shape o' WA that Chris designed (boys already have green & black versions:)) then it says "Droppin' Dimes in '09" underneath(a reference to Lindsey's passing abilities) with "Back for Moore" with dimes for o's:)
Lindsey has been all over the newspaper(s) & even the cover of a magazine (ESPN Rise);

For her efforts at the state championships, Lindsey was named the tournament's MVP. She was also named TNT & Seattle Times' Player of the Year in addition to being crowned the Gatorade Player of the Year...WOW!! You're also lookin' @ a 3rd Team All-American point guard=that's our niece/cousin!

Her Team(Kentwood Lady Conks) finished their dream season ranked 1st in state(obviously) and #3 Nationally in the USA Today poll!

We are mighty proud of Lindsey's many accomplishments on court, but there's alot more to Lindz than just insane hoop skills, she's a gem off the court as well. Here are some cool links:

They say it's your birthday (dahnuhnuhdahnuhnuh)...Well Happy Birthday to You!

We love you Rachie Dach & hope you had a fabulous 29th literally:) today=3/4!! Hope you enjoyed tasty food, good little girls & Phantom of Opera (which also means you got to bond with your husband:)) after all?! Wish we could've celebrated with you in person, but lookin' forward to another summer o' bonding in the Great NoWest!
Also my dear mother will celebrate her b-day on 3/14 with us @ Time Out for Women-She has asked us in advance to give her something intangible, but just a card seems trite so I will have to put on my creative thinking cap & come up with something great hopefully with boys' help 'cuz she's such an amazing grandmother as well...She will most likely end up offering to hold Luke for large portion of the day & won't care how many speakers she misses:) She & Britt also made a picnic lunch for us in the car complete with candles in half-baked bars (cookie/brownie combo similar to B&J's ice cream version that I highly recomm even from mix)

Then we will meet the guys for Mexican dinner-So once again she ended up giving more than receiving on her very own birthday! That's the kind of woman who gave birth to me & to whom I'll be forever indebted even if she let me buy all the b-day gifts in the world!
Last but not least, our twin nieces in AZ=Rylee & Baylee turned big #8 & were also baptized:) This pic is a bit outdated considering it's from '06 visit, but you can still see how cute they are...
